Changelog
Every release, dated, in plain language. Added, changed, fixed, including the entries nobody would call a highlight, because a changelog that only lists wins is a marketing page. Breaking changes are marked and announced before they ship.
Versions follow semantic versioning. Dates are release dates, not merge dates.

What the labels mean
- Added
- Something exists now that did not exist before: a signal, a source, a view.
- Changed
- Existing behaviour works differently. If it can break an integration, the entry says so.
- Fixed
- Something did not do what it said. The entry names what was wrong, not just what was patched.
Announced before the release, never with it.
